Proper secure login is not possible in a shared-memory environment like MorphOS, there is however a legacy filesystem that lets you have a login atleast (though it's hardly secure in any shape or form).
For disk encryption there is, as jaca mentioned, Kryptos, which is very good, though all the same security
precautions as in TrueCrypt apply (though naturally not the pagefile nor hibernation leaks, so encryption of system partition is not strictly required).
