In HTML5 it works just fine here. Are you sure we're talking about the HTML5 mode here?

Because, if you refer to the youtube.js script that allows to turn Flash youtube links (the ones not available as HTML5 yet) into HTML5, then it was indeed broken a couple days ago by youtube changes, but i've update it at my site ( http://fabportnawak.free.fr/owb/scripts/YouTube.js ).

    Strange.

    > Are you sure we're talking about the HTML5 mode here?

Yes, absolutely sure. 3 days ago it still worked here.

    > if you refer to the youtube.js script

    I don't.

Huh? What's that to do with Youtube's own HTML5 mode?

Ah, i see now. Youtube seems to have added a silly user-agent check since, and prevents from using HTML5 mode for the other browsers. Really stupid.

Just go to settings and spoof as safari then.

But in any case, the youtube.js script allows to play all of them by replacing flash with html5 builtin player. Current 1.8 version isn't totally complete regarding controls, but next version will be better: http://fabportnawak.free.fr/owbshots/builtin-mediaplayer-youtube-script.png

That's stupid indeed. Thanks for finding the cause of the problem.

    Yes, I know.

One minor thing I have found with PAk_Ultimate_1.6.0 is that the diretory (drawer) structure is fixed.

Since I've now copied most things over to the locations I like them in, there are a few issues:

Polyglot has problems - looking at the polynet_ng file in the WBstartup drawer (using ED) I see there are lots of paths already fixed (absolute paths). Additionally, the polynet_ng icon is set to open with a default tool (also set with an absolute path).

The Add_Startup script also uses absolute paths.

Would it be achieveable to have these set up using assigns?
A relatively simple script could then be used to ask the user to set the assigns appropriately during the installation, which would then be used to create the Add_startup polynet_ng files in the WBstartup drawer appropriately (only a few of the programs supplied depend upon these files.

Additionally, is AmiSSL required? The built-in stack seems to support all SSL sites which I've visited so far.

Additionally, what is the purpose of the following script (in Add_Startup)?

    Quote:

    If Exists sys:applications/showgirls/showgirls
    delete >nil: sys:applications/showgirls all
    delete >nil: sys:applications/showgirls.info
    EndIf

(This would appear to delete showgirls upon every startup, unless I'm confused...)

Additionally, the font installation script for OWB errored out midway through (failed to unpack one of the fonts). could have been a problem with my individual download (corrupted file), but may be a problem with the availablility of the source...

I hope the above is helpful, the pack itself is fantastic - so many utilities & programs which I probably may never have known about otherwise.

Many thanks for everyone's (Papiosaur & all contributors) hard work.

    EDIT: Clarity
EDIT: Correction: references to polyglot should be polynet_ng

    @ BootWB

Absolute path is necessary for configure mimetypes.

About ShowGirls, i have installed v1.2 in the pack, version 1.0 is obsolete and i just test if this old version exist and delete it at the first lauch of MorphOS with the pack installed.

Concerning OWB Font, TCP IP must be ok for download alll truetypes fonts.

I have removed AmiSSL of futur version ;-)

Thanks a lot for your returns

    @papiosaur

TVPaint asks for MorphOS 1.4 update when trying to load a pic.

Nothing serious as I first thought, It's just a default directory.
I thought the program was shutting down but it just goes behind the ambient screen and can be brought back to the front.

    Cheers

Just downloaded and installed to a clear MorphOS installation on my Mac Mini 1.5. First problem I experienced was that I used the MOS default installation which creates quite a small System partition and large Work partition. No problem thought I, I could just perform a manual Mos2.5 update and make the System partition larger. No as easy as it seems. After a lot of trial and error I managed to create 2 equal sized partitions and re-installed MOS and then the Ultimate pack. So fa so good.

It would be useful if the choice of partition could be selected when installing?

Anyway, early days but looks like an excellent peice of work. Well done.

Great! How about a low memory version for the Efika after the English only version? I need to fix/replace my Mini's CD/DVD drive so I can upgrade to 2.5 and would like to see what this pack looks like on that and share in the fun other's are having with your pack.
