1000 files of text in Ram:
target file name containing unique multiple strings
Arexx scripting
Searching for multiple strings ie Name: Jay Amiga Minor
Sequential strings ie by line number
109 Jay
110 Amiga
111 Minor
In the library http://wiki.morphos-user.com/index.php/Pattern_matching
Example from above list
Search "Databsae Path" ie Ram: (Jay|Amiga|Minor) PATTERN ALL NONUM QUIET QUICK CASE
the above command will return files that have the strings "Jay" "Amiga" and "Minor"
THERE WERE NO SUGESTIONS GIVEN save the derision from Kronos and his lackeeeee
see below replies..
INDEED SEARCH WAS BLAZING AND CANT WAIT TO INVOKE THE ADDRESS COMMAND FROM AREXX SCRIPTS.
Not line orientated rather file as target
Possible Apps? MorphOS Search
Agrep204.lha
FlashFind1.2. lha
WANT.lha
Any suggestions?
Using search and flashfind BLAZING FAST :)
