As of November 2010 there's a fresh roadmap on QorIQ T series:

T4: T4160, T4120
T3: T3080, T3060
T2: T2040

According to this roadmap depiction, QorIQ T series will be manufactured in a 28 nm process node instead of the previously announced 32 nm.
Moreover, I suspect they'll all have AltiVec.
