Definitely. Wikipedia has been listing the A2 since December 2008 (back then in the PPC4xx article due to little known information, removed from there in January 2010):

Yes, that's also my impression. To date no availability or even pricing information for the PowerEN is known to me, but maybe the idea to build something desktop-like around it wouldn't be much worse than to use QorIQ P3/P4/P5 for that purpose ;-)
