With the merger of Chartered into GlobalFoundries last year AMD became *minority* stockholder of the Xenon production business (ATIC being the majority one). Anyway, with "do" I actually meant "develop", not "manufacture". A chip being manufactured by GlobalFoundries doesn't make it a GlobalFoundries chip, the same way it didn't make it a Chartered chip before :-)
