Yes, that's what jacadcaps said in this very thread, and also what pega-1 said in the posting I linked to (and also explaining the reason why). While with the Pegasos it's important to have the Radeon in the PCI slot it's my understanding that with the PowerMac it doesn't matter whether the Radeon is put to PCI or AGP.
