Yes, but don't ask me how. My good friend, Tim Waite, who went with me to the AmiWest 2009 Show this year used his cellular service and a laptop wireless phone card to set up and serve through a switch, or router a wired LAN which was connected to several of the computers at our table and the Amiga Game Competition table. We had a better network connection to the Internet than most, or all the rest of the people at the entire show, due to some problems the show organizers were having periodically with the hotels network connection and wiring.
Maybe this is not what you were asking about, but it seems to me that you should be able to set up your wireless phone as a host connection with the right wiring to connect it to a switch, or router and then just use a standard Ethernet cable from the switch, or router to your MorphOS computer.
