Linux has a bootloader (Yaboot) built in. It usually detects and makes already installed systems bootable via it's menu. If you don't use Linux, you don't need to have a bootloader, as both MorphOS and OSX can boot from the built-in OF menu, as tokai mentioned. So there's no need for a tool similar to bootcreator.
