When I started my mini today I lost my bookmarks in owb?

Has anyone besides me lost there bookmarks when they started up the mini?
I have to bookmark them all over again.

Well, you might have got some filesystem error or transaction interruption while it was written to disk.

In any case, if you use SFS, you could probably find a recent version in volume:.recycled/ (it's hidden directory), assuming you enabled that recycle option during format. SFSDoctor might also help to recover it.

Annoying, maybe, but not related to OWB. :)

More generally, you just need to avoid rebooting/crashing during some write operation.
