    Hi all.

I read somewhere on this forum that there is some sort of interest to start a spreadsheet development.
If someone is interested you can get the installation package and the source code to a program named Ignition, this is an Amiga program that works fine on MorphOS to.
Link to installation package and source code: http://ignition.berlios.de/download.html

Thanks, it was DiskDoctor that was interested in writing a MorphOS spreadsheet. I am sure he will see this thread.

Thanks. I will check it out. I saw Ingnition, read the review. It isn't Excel-compatible, also it's a 68k app, not sure which language is used.

My point is that I'm experienced enough in coding so that I want to fully control the framework I'm using (I suppose Ingnition is not written in python), the code itself (hate someone else's code unless I have to or it is a large and useful library with decent API), also licensing.

I will start from this resource, apart from looking for some decent python UI toolkit that compiles smoothly under MorphOS (tkinter?). But still, gotta wait till Tuesday until my internet connection here is fixed (my MorphOS Mini is offline now).
Was: Mac Mini PPC running MorphOS 2.4
Now: Amiga Forever 2010 with AmiKit and AmigaSYS
Not used: Icaros Desktop 1.2 (reason: no wifi)
    Planned soon: an OS4 system
Shortly then: a MOS notebook (wifi is a must-have)

    It's x86 (AROS) as well:

    "Programming Language: C"
