Hello friends, someone has changed resolution from 24 bit to 16 and get suddenly the screen very bright?. It was like brightness was put to max. Of course i rebooted and it was no more, but don't know it there is known problems using the 32mb vram model. Other than that, mos flies on the mini and i'm very impressed by the work done.
    Thanks!!!

It's a known bug and it happens in all mac mini models and Efika too (it's related to DVI IIRC).

I can confirm this bug on my Efika, even using VGA output of Radeon 9200P.

In fact this should only happen with analog VGA output and is unrelated to digital DVI. If you select a 75Hz 1024x768 mode, it interferes with the TV output on Radeon 92xx cards (which is used inside the mini as well). The screen gets too bright and it is not reset to normal levels if you change the screen resolution again. Only certain resolutions are affected.
