that answers some of my questions, but I still wonder about the security of the site. If you created this thing from scratch it may have a few security holes...
If the only purpose is to verify the location of the user, you could either:
a) make that data temporary and assure the user that the data won't be stored in the server after the address has been verified;
b) force the user to input his location in the map exclusively by inputting an address.
Ultimately, you have to believe the users, since it is possible to give a false address too. And there may be some people actually located in the Antartica or in submarines in the pacific ocean and you erased them ;p Poor guys :p
