Well, does OS 4.1 offer something special, that I don't have with MorphOS already?
I guess I am not too tempted to order a copy.

    ..mmmmhhh...
It could be a nice think... Or not....
I would like a demo version, maybe limited to 30 mins ;-) to see.
Sure, 105 euros (excluding taxes and shipping costs) should be more than 111.11
I don't know... It seems a good think and I confess my curiosity
Although, I'd prefer to use that euros for something else related to Morphos itself. I mean, a bounty, a work in progress about Sputnik and so on...
    ...but I'm curious.....
I don't believe about wars between one and another. I'm only follow my personal taste. The same that made me buy Pegasos and Morphos and not AmigaOne/Sam and AmigaOS4.0/4.1. Maybe I feel a little more Amiga spirit here than there
    ...damned curiosity....!!! :-x

Good for Peg2 owners. When they move to MacMini they can easily sell their Peg2 and there will be plenty of money left for beer too :-)

I sure do have to consider this option, I can purchase through my work AmigaOS VAT free, which makes it cheaper than MorphOS, and I think there are more advanced web browsers available for AmigaOS ... Perhaps I can stop using linux on my PegII.

Amiga OS 4.1 isn't an option for me... i'd like to see it running on a peg2 machine, but still the morphos2.2 is more advanced, so it's a downgrade for me... and for these money... perhaps i could change my mind, if there is some demoversion to test it up and to leave the choice on myself to buy it or not...

    bye, MarK.

These guys are good! Corner or explore all options, why not?
I have a partition left on my efika if they want to release
a ver for that anyway. As for what it has over us
    using morphos 1)abiword, 2)owb That's for starters.
Until we do this they hold a good hand. It's really
about choice now... Which PegII user?will dare to
compare the two head to head on the same platform
and be objective enough to say which suits him/her better
I know (asumption) that MorphOS is indeed faster..
    maybe even lighter.

An OWB port for MorphOS is under way (FAB posted promising screenshts recently) Abiword requires the X11 environment which won't be too much fun on the Efika.

OS 4 released for Pegasos... wow, it couldn't care less!
4 years ago I bought an evil Peg and not an A1 for 1 reason: run MorphOS.
Now I have a powerbook but my attitude isn't changed. If MOS and OS4 will ever be released for my Apple machine, I'm sorry, but the latter will be a no option for me.
Albeit now I'm running OS X, deep inside I'm always a blue troll 8-) LOL
Just my 2 cents, some other people would be glad to double boot OS4, for me it's just a waste of hd space.

Yes, X11 applications, and a boing red ball ;-)

I want a lot the first and why not the second :-)

    I'll order it.
