I upgraded my Debian Sarge install and now there is at least one (that I can see while it boots) package that requires a kernel that's at least 2.6.15.
I've tried compiling the newest (2.6.28) but I'm running in to the same problem I've had in the past.. The kernel compiles but it just doesn't boot right. It loads up and never finishes gunzipping.
Is there something specific to the Pegasos (I have a Peg 1) that needs to be done to get this working?
The only difference I've noticed between the one I've compiled and an older one I have (that works) is where it loads in memory. (Does this matter? The new one loads in exactly where load-base is set to, even though the older one loads in higher.)
