I've been unable to make it work, and my setup is very similar to yours (only that I have a Radeon 9250). I have a fairly clean MorphOS 1.4.5 setup, with the 3D and AHI updates.
I decompressed the demo to T:, and it showed up an impressively verbose output. It came up to "sound stareted", or something like that, looking like the end of the demo preparations, and ready to play. But it froze completely my Pegasos, and had to reboot.
On a second try, I decompressed the demo to disk, and it stopped much earlier, but not freezing the system.
Any help?
