Even though we already have Pegasos II, DiscreetFX is willing to show support for MorphOS 2.0 and buy an Efika the day this 2.0 update ships. How about everyone else.

I think you can show support for MorphOS2.0 much better by buying
    MorphOS2.0! :-)

And if you want to show more support, there are ways to donate.

I don't think buying an Efika does much to support MorphOS, although
one might want to buy an Efika anyway (I will).

I have one too, also waiting for MOS 2.0. I have two Peg I boards, a Peg II also waiting for MOS 2. Each will get its own paid copy of MOS 2.0.

Tronman, that is a good point. MorphOS 2.0 should be for sale for this "classic" hardware. :-D

hmm.. this isnt Micro$oft. I dont think mos team will mind if you install on more than one box? Good question though.

Some of us probably would not, the registration key system will mind though :)

I hope Morphos gets a decent website.

No wonder a lot of people who don't follow it closely think it's dead. I did myself until I came here about a year ago and someone put me right.

At the moment it's a real mess - morphos.org even links through to morphos.net - woah! - I wonder how many people that frightened off over the years.

AROS has the best OS site at the moment. Even the Hyperion OS4 site looks better than Morphos.

Bty - if morphos does have a superduper site somewhere and I was too thick to find it - consider my wrists well and truly slapped. :-)

And BTW THANK YOU for posting some info on this site. Many are grateful for any news..

@Colin Camper: I've been saying this forever, however, when the whole team is devs thats what happens :)

    The official site is:
    http://www.morphos-team.net
and it's been this way since a couple of years. AT the moment it is quite "poor", but it has been said more than once that it is undergoing a major overhaul. The new version will be online at the right time, said the team members, and will contain all the relevant infos. The design should be in the hand of JoBBo, so I believe it will be a very nice job. My bet is that the right time is more or less the day MOS 2.0 gets released, or, as jacaDcaps recently wrote on this very site, "soon enough".

    Kind regards,
    Andrea

Exactly. Its coming really soon. In fact, I heard only two more weeks before it comes out!

Yeah, i think i also read that on some site.
But its unclear if two weeks earthtime is ment.
Laire once mentioned, that on certain planets a day can be
    alot of earthdays.

Is it sorted out now, which planet the morphos team means? :)

Well looks like something leaked out... Laire is not from our planet apparently.. the question is where are the other MOS team members from? Which planet?

Like say Henes is from Venus
    and CISC is from Saturn
    and Bigfoot is from Denmark

I did browse to the 3d page of that site via google.

I guess this was the cause of my post here to start with.
This was because I chanced upon it via google - it looked quite promising - but then you can't browse to the rest of the site - so it just lookes like an obscure site about tinyGL on morphos.

It wasn't obvious there was more to it - Ie: The powerup page. Even so - while I know the significance of powerup - many people would just be baffled.

Anyway, I expect hundreds, if not thousands of new people will be trying Morphos when the EFIKA port is finished - I hope Morphos gets a new site by then. :-)
