Oops. I have them off for some reason. Let me investigate that. However, to change your account settings (including the theme), look under the "user menu" on the top of the left bar, there is an entry called "edit profile," which is where you need to go. (when it's back on)

Well, that will be dependant on what I find while looking. (I haven't poked around yet...) I'm guessing that from the last update that some theme to portal variable got devalued. Then, once I know that I can give a better estimate of "how long."
