I wanted to express my pleasure working with Bill Buck and his proactive support of the Peg II.

Recently my cpu fan unit failed which destroyed my G4. Bill contacted me with the appropriate support information and within one week I had a new G4 and a working Peg.

Nice job Genesi!

I had a simular issue recently and contacted R&B about it and the service was bar none the best I had ever received from any company.

Have to say, their attitude is exceptional. Bet it will make for customers really hard to go away. Each time I had business with them I met with unbelievable customer care. That's my experience, and I can't praise them enough for it
