Royal Mail has found the lost Pegasos II G4 and now the track and trace system says it will be delivered before 05/10/2005

So my customer will recieve the board afterall

So please now will the customer end the dispute?

I have already contacted paypal to tell them the item has been found and is now being tracked.

Great news, cant wait for this to be over. People have to understand when dealing with shipping and filling orders things can and do go wrong...

seems royal mail is not that reliable. Reason I say this is my peg2 was mailed royal mail and it took forever hehe. THe tags and everythign match royal mail just took good 3 weeks.

How do you plan to work to improve these negative situations you may find yourself in?

We have resolved any complaints we have had.

There are some very jealous people out there who just tried to shut us down but we now have the backing from the actual manufacturers and their great support so we cannot fail!

Thankyou for your concerns however things may seen bad on forums but believe me we try 110% to acheive customer satisfaction but if the customer is just unco-operative we will just refund them and block there IP address's.

We need a nice customer base not like some of the idiots on Ebay that ive come accross they are the worst.

But we have had no problems from our website as it is doing a real good job for Pegasos!

Just a small hint - referring to customers as idiots (or in any negative way) and taking agressive stances on customer disputes are not positive ways to build a good business.

I think some of it might be language/translation but still it seems a very negative attitude and I think (hope) you don't mean it that way.

Yes we have had great sales experience and have sold over 5000 items in the past but we have come accross some very nasty and stupid people mainly coming from Ebay!

So we have opened our own website and organised an event to try and bring the Pegasos into the Uk more!!!!

We have had our ups and downs but 99.9% off the time we get things perfectly right.

And as for the 0.01% we bann them and refund them because we have no time for IDIOTS!

We have great communication as you can see and hope people you will realise that we are here to serve Genesi and make the Pegasos a success here in the UK!

Hi Amber-Inc.

I've stayed quiet on this entire discussion until now. And I refuse to take sides on any of this, however I would like to point a few things out:

1. Badmouthing people, calling people idiots, saying that you simply ignore people who disagree with you is NOT a good way to run a business. Or to get people to like you.

2. Your spelling sux. Ever heard of a spell-checker? Now for all I know you may be dyslexic in which case I can sort of understand, but even if you are you should check and double check and then spell-check your words before posting. The amount of bad spelling in your mails is unaceptable.

3. The new Pegasos Show Site. How long have you been on the internet???? Capitalising words is classified as SHOUTING, and is rude. Therefore your entire site is shouting. This is bad, in case you hadn't guessed. Please re-write it in lower case apart from the normal first letters of sentences and names.

As a matter of interest, I'm not too sure how a Pegasos only event would fair in the UK. There are a very small amount of users here, barely even a handful in fact. If this was done on mainland Europe then it would be a different matter entirely.

I also think that your current standing within the "community" does not help things much as there are a LOT of people who are now wary of you and your business. You need to build up faith before you do a show like this. Indeed, if this show was being put on by any of the known user-groups then I would already have signed up for a table (mine was the Pegasos II at BB3) or two. But as it is, I shall wait until I know this show will take off - if it looks as though it will then I shall happilly pay for a table and come along with my system.

As I said earlier - I'm currently sitting on the fence in regards to you and Amber-Inc. Build our faith and they will come.

Besides people misreading the auction listing, people seem to post negative feedback over shipping, for example if a package is late or damaged. This is obviously NOT the fault of the seller, but they will blame the seller, and seem unable to wait for the package or insurance payment for damanged item.

(I hope in the future ebay will change their policies to have these negatives turned into neutrals.)

You can show off your systems and have a laugh and hey you can have a go at the raffle!

We encourage anybody interested in coming to just go for it and we will ask people of the prefered dates.

We are having an interview with the Forum Centre's big bosses to find out possible event dates

On the day we are hoping to have around 15-20 tables and around 100-200 visitors and we are getting there bit by bit.

So please Bifford come down your photos of BB3 where top notch! check my photos of the venue!

Very sorry about my spelling and we dont want to affend people in anyway nor shout at poeple so we will put your views into consideration and rewrite the event website in lower case,

We will do it tonight somtime


but please dont hold spelling mistakes against us as we are working round the clock and in the forums I dont think that a few spelling mistakes really matters.

But none the less we will be a bit more carefull in the future!
