I would think a big part of how it works may be the inclusion of some type of "Smart" picture code or something. M$ would do something like that, and someone finding a hole isnt hard when M$ pisses off so many people.

This is what pissed me off the most, as do a lot of the fixes they put out.

"Microsoft said that anyone who has downloaded and installed the SP2 update for Windows XP is not at risk from this vulnerability."

That just shows that M$ knew of the holes before the word got out, but just let it sit thinking it wouldnt get discovered.
