Since I am not an old Amiga user and thus not versed in Amiga syntax and/or MorphOS syntax,
I wanted to create this topic here to bundle the questions that pop-up in my mind whilst getting to know MorphOS a bit better since I am using it quite a bit now.

I acquired a Powerbook G4 from user Pentona here , for which I am thankfull, the machine has
already proved its worth a lot.

    It's this one
    https://everymac.com/systems/apple/powerbook_g4/specs/powerbook_g4_1.5_15_2.html

Anybody have any experience with screen recording on these and how to do it ?

EDIT OK should have searched for HDMI instead of screen recording, found this topic.

2nd questions, is there like a Shell/CLI command to make icons out of files and folders
    recursively ?
Right now I am selecting all of them, pressing CMD-I and then batch press o for icon , s for save and press ENTER for Yes multiple times.

3rd question on the forum I seem to miss out on replies on topics I created or participated because probably I forgot to check the Email Notification box ?
Is there a way to do it for older topics where I forgot this option ?

Thank you for your time and feedback !

A 5.6 with the BTO downgrade to 1.5GHz.... always knew they existed, never came across one.

Since this model only has 64MB VRAM your out of luck on dualhead support (as in the external DVI running it's own separate display).
It should have mirror output on the analog part of the DVI, so you got go down to VGA and then send this into a grabber.

Or you could try hocking up a digital monitor (so DVI or with DVI-HDMI cable) and close the lid right after poweron /reset. This way you might get a FullHD display that should easy to daisychain through grabber.
