However, it appears that some network equipment causes the connectivity issues for you when TLS 1.3 connections are attempted. This is rare these days, but not unheard of. This could for example be active TLS inspection to identify which host is about to be connected to prevent user from accidentally connecting to malicious sites. Some equipment like this only works with up to TLS 1.2 and completely rejects connections with TLS protocol versions that they do not support.

It might be worth checking if the router is running the latest firmware version and try updating to latest, if not. If it still fails with latest firmware then you could try disabling the web filtering if it is enabled.

But indeed disabling a blocking list on the fritzbox resolved the issue. Disabled all filters for my MorphOS machines now on the Fritzbox. This is now typed on Wayfarer 11.3 via my home WLAN.
Thanks for the hints and help - I would not have solved that by myself.
