That's not true, Linux distros and other OS's distribute BlueZ binaries all the time and even use the Bluetooth trademark in their docs etc.
There are Bluetooth SIG qualification and branding/patent licence rules, but those are for companies shipping Bluetooth-enabled hardware.
Those fees can be in the five figures per product qualification or per year for higher membership tiers, MorphOS Team isn't selling Bluetooth enabled hardware.
