ANR isn't being developed any more, and hasn't kept up with changes to MorphOS and MUI over the last 20 years.

It's very picky about MUI classes. Third party MUI classes such as nlist are known to make it unstable.

Apart from that I'm afraid unless anyone else still uses ANR on a daily basis and can help you, there isn't much that can be done.
