    The video will show it BUT, I was just able to test 5 times and if I type the tcpdump command as you stated before doing anything else, it brings up a Net Log window, and neither show much but you can see in the video what they show and end with, the Transfer WORKS, and Much Faster!

    Still Slow as I would think a 300MB file should take 20 to 30 seconds and not 2+ minutes BUT, it works.

    I did this 5 times. Every time and between reboots, it just worked.

    The 80MB file took about 45 seconds or so off the top of my head.

    Now, the WEIRD... the second I don't bring up a shell and type the TCPDUMP command, and try to do a transfer, it DOES NOT work, same old buffering and slow slow slow and I can't wait it out.
