If I may ask: does that mean, that all Sam460 boards are "officially" supported to boot both, AmigaOS 4 and MorphOS? Or only be means of any "special tricks"?
Thanks!
"officially" is question for Morphos team
In real, Sam460LE works fine with AmigaOS, MorphOS and Debian 8.
I have only two issues with MorphOS:
- not working PCIe CMI8738 audio card- not boots with SiI 3132 controllerBut both of isuues should be workarounded.
"special tricks" are needed only if you want to install linux, or if you want to have MorphOS + simultaneously AmigaOS on SFS02 partition. Hyperbootloader normally recognized only SFS partitions.
The only real issue is selection of graphics card.
The best compromise if using all three systems is:
economic: HD 6670 ( 66 W )
powerful: HD 6870 ( 151 W ), HD 5870 ( 188 W )
I just now writing some articles
AmigaOS3: Amiga 1200
AmigaOS4: Micro A1-C, AmigaOne XE, Pegasos II, Sam440ep, Sam440ep-flex, Sam460LE, AmigaOneX1000
