I think Hollywood don't support this specific format ".catalog, cs, ct... for the moment.
jPV use the same format for his software.
Hollywood does support the old IFF CTLG format from Amiga systems, but it has also its own catalog format which suits better for multiplatform use etc.. You can read more about it from its
documentation.
Hollywood's own format is basically one text line per a catalog string, but I don't know how Papiosaur handles the code looking text blocks at the end of his catalog file, they don't look like complying with the standard.
