Do you specify the boot image to boot over?
MorphOS boot is a two stage process, first, load the boot.img file that contains the basics for starting the system and then, this boot.img seeks for a booting disk.
You have to provide a bi="devicename:morphos-x.y.iso" argument when loading the boot.img.
The above is only relevant for non-U-Boot systems. When booting on a U-Boot based system, everything is taken care of automatically. There's no need to extract a boot image or specify a boot device manually.
