- made PanelPrefs an mcc
- auto generated locale files for PanelPrefs.mcc based on strings used and Ambient locale file
- added the "proper" default image for subpanels
"proper" as in it is the same as it is in Ambient, but really it should have it's own image instead of just reusing the (file)view one
- it now reacts to files being dragged over it even before dropping.
actually this needs a special Ambient build that expands the AppWindow functionality which again would need to
expand AddAppWindow() if it was done the right way(which it isn't atm).
Long story short, you won't notice any of this.
- as part of the above I also had to rewrite the code reacting to a Drop and it does it now in a cleaner way and supports multiple files being dropped at one
