Already checked if there is .info of the icon but there is nothing
if I click it opens an empty folder
How can I fix and remove this icon that appears in the desktop

Here you should see all samba-clients with mounted drives/dirs (if there are some in your net).
To remoove icon from desktop, simlpy click onit with right-mousebutton and select "put away". Now you can only find it in MyMorphOS. If you want it back, just drop it on Ambient.

You will see nothing in Networks if none of the computers on your local network respond to netbios queries. You might want to give it a few seconds after opening, depending on your local setup, and the list should refresh.

Yes, but this icon appeared as soon as the update was finished on restart after updating
I have no connection and just appeared

It will show up because it's ran after the Network stack. Whether you're online or not doesn't matter.
