I miss the old screenshots box on the main page. I feel no motivation to dig through the current system to check out if there are new screenshots, but I loved them pretty much back then, and they are encouraging for visitors from the outside, seeing what can be done with MorphOS and how it looks like.

Bring it back if possible, please! Even without comments, or by permitting only the author to post a comment about.

It's kinda a competition, who has the nicest desktop and an excellent place to show off new programs running.

We removed the old screenshot gallery on purpose (unavoidable spam from trolls and serious reload bugs). And I personaly like the new system more. You just have to click the right links... that's all. :)

I liked the old system better too, save for three things:

1. Not possible to moderate the posts.
2. That #$%##$ reload bug.
3. Guess who had to hand place those screenshots on the front page? (the current system is random)

Other than those three things, I liked the old system better too. I'm not just blowing wind either. I liked the layout better, I liked the "in between" size, and several other things.

Maybe over the weekend, I'll try to figure out how to limit the image shown in the front page block to screengrabs...
