MacMini is fast machine, but VRAM 64MB (not to say 32) is terrible low for web browsing with plenty of tabs and for many games.
My mac mini never runs out of VRAM during browsing with a gazillion tabs open.
I am using a Radeon9000 with 64MB video ram on a FullHD screen and never had any issues with GFX memory. I even use multiple screens all day.
Gaming is something else.
All this talk about better graphic cards does not matter, when there is no software using it. Not even partly. If you want some 300€ card for your 900€ computer, then do it. It is just important that the driver is happy and the demos are working fine.
This is like the old Amiga problem. People always wanted the maximum amount of ram installed, because it is possible and shown as free on top of your workbench screen. That free memory is a waste of memory was ignored. Most people you never really use it. They even needed to turn it off for games.
