I have a new to me Amiga 4000T with a 3640, PIV, Xsurf card. When I power it on, I do not see any color change thru the PIV on the monitor. The caps light is also off and does not blink.
Where should I start the diagnosis? remove the PIV and connect a 1084? Is the 3640 bad?
