Usually your keyfile arrives after a few hours.

EDIT: Your payment link probably contains a number on its end. We assume it's a registration number. If you could share it with us then we could roughly estimate the growth of licenses in time (there's a graph but it wasn't updated since a year AFAIR as there was no new data).
