No Vivaldi was crashing on an i5 based system. Quite frequently, or failed to load pages.
And I made sure if was a fresh install, not an upgrade.
I don't know where you got the idea I had a P4 system from, but I've never used or advocated that cpu.
And XP, since its no longer maintained, is obsolete.
So, i5 & Win7Pro, not P4 & XP.
Its just buggy.
