On the date above, I installed MorphZone. While I don't consider that date the "birthday" for MZ, it indicates that the one year mark isn't too far off. I know the site was "announced" in febuary, but it was originally "opened" to the IRC'ers in #MorphOS much earlier.

Anyway, I think we've come a long way in only one small year, and hope that we will be around for many more to come!

There are so many people that helped this site to become what it is, MorphOS core-team, users, developers, webmasters of the other websites (plural!) helped too.

YAY go MorphZone!!!

Indeed Morphzone is a great site,
but the fact several peg1 boards
have been given to demo groups,
and until now, i don't see any
demos that show the HW power of
our system, that sucks.

I know some demo groups are feeling
passed by genesi, and therefor made the
choice to create demos that won't run
on MorphOS, i don't agree with these
groups, i think it's special enough
that a company gives away boards, but
where are the cool demos ???

Felix: Talking about facts when not checking them is not good policy.

Genesi never delivered those boards to demo groups. There were big announcements, groups were selected etc.. But in the end.. None of them have received Pegasos to this day. Check Hooligan for details, he was voluntarily cordinating this.

So, it's kinda simple. Genesi marketting should learn they can't get freebies forever.
