Filter lists (blocked.prefs) wasn't updated for years. OWB uses Tinylist from http://adblock.free.fr/. I don't how much this file was changed in MorphOS, so I mostly added entires w/o removing when merging it.

OWB blocker can't just use popular filters lists as it misses some features. Tinylist from 2008 isn't that much different compared to the one from 2016 though.
