Seems like this has become a weekly event.
Above link shows yet another Re-noted notice to compel. If you haven't follwed this, it began in August with the original motion to compel and this is the 2nd followup/Re-note.

Any idea why the court would not rule on a motion other than the fact that Hyperion has not responded to the motion and the re-notes?
