If you cannot fix it with any of the SFS tools/Doctor then I think whatever was on that HDD has now been overrwritten or deleted in some/many ways - sadly.
I'm not the most experienced user of SFS, so just hang on in there, someone else may take a peek at this thread and be able to offer you some better advice, but I wouldn't hold your breath for much longer.
But it's possible
