    Never heard the term "Butterfly" applied to a turkey, guess I will have to look it up now to see what it means.

    I hope that everyone who celebrated Thanksgiving had a great time with family & friends. For those who don't celebrate it, have a great holiday season over the next 6 to 8 weeks, no matter what type of holiday you observe.

    For me, I'll be avoiding the commercialism of American Christmas as much as possible, and hope that my two boys can find the time to visit either before, during or after Dec. 25th, for a day or two.

    Here in the UK a baby chicken is called a "spatchcock" in the butchers.
