If you drop both sliders down to 30, you'll hear it.
Presumably teh left slider is the temperature at which the fan kicks in at its lowest speed, and the right hand slider the temperature at which the fan reaches maximum speed.
Good to see user feedback being taken on board and fulfilled so quickly.
