    i hear IBrowser 3.0 will only be avalible for PPC no 68k version. is this true?

    there was a page that listed all the past and current internet browsers for the amiga i believe i saw it there

    The name of the browser is Ibrowse (no 'r' at the end). And, to the best of my knowledge it will be 68k and NOT PPC. The best place to check for information on this would be www.ibrowse-dev.net. There is a support mailing list, and our friends at IOSpirit handle the keyfiles.

    Yeah i know, i already looked for this,
    but you talk about IBrowser ?!?!
    Never heard of that, or i am drunk,
    (which i am:-))
    But you said in the beginning of the Thread:

    No, as long as there is a market for 68k versions, IBrowse will continue to be released in a 68k format. However, from IBrowse 3.0 onwards, a PPC native version will be available.

    But that is a very old FAQ !!
    Ibrowse 3.0 is promised a long time ago,
    like Ibrowse 2.3 it have a few bugs
    cleanups, and that had taken a long time,
    so don't wait or think that they are busy
    with 3.0 !!!
    It was before Ibrowse 2.3 was
    releasd, don.t believe it will
    happen, i would like that to very much,
    but they had a long time to make a PPC
    version, but never did, and they will
    never will or do, why should they ??
    Oke it's gonna be faster, but for what ??
    There still will be no JS or IFrames or
    Flash, i think that if it will happen we
    must not be proud of it, we need other
    things like JS,flash,IFrames as i said before
    that's much more imporment, but that's
    my opion :-)

    I've always wondered, does that include MorphOS version... Or is it only AmigaOS 4.0 and/or WOS...

    PPC native could mean anything. I wouldn't doubt P-UP or W-UP though...
