For some reason, my dock is solid, even though i've told it to be someone transparent. I'm using 24bit screenmode! Any ideas why it wont work? If I choose 16 bit, it works but the whole screen is shifted to the left. Is there a way to edit the screen mode and shift it to the right a bit?

    Transparency: Enhanced Display on?

Shift display: What monitor cable are you useing? DVI or VGA (with blue plugs)? MorphOS normaly reads the specs from your monitor and calculates propper screenmodes......

You may also open prefs/system/monitor and edit the screemodes frequencey and position, etc.

    Transparency: Also check prefs/Ambient/Dock for transparency-slider (100%?)

I'm using the DVI to VGA. For some reason the Mac Mini doesn't like my DVI to HDMI cable. 1920x1080 works great at 24bit, but when I drop it to 16 bit it shifts the entire screen to the left. The Dock is transparent in 16bit modes, which is probably due to having more VRAM at the lower screenmode.

I had major problem with my DVI to VGA converter. It mocked up my gfx. I fixed it by switching to DVI and the problems never returned.

Open preferences/System/Monitors. There you see the available screenmodes. Delete 1920x1080x16-mode. Then make a copy of 1920x1080x24-mode, press edit-button an switch depth to 16Bit. If you press now preview (test), then you should get a 16Bit-screen in correct position. Don't forget to save........
If not you may have a problem with your cable to HDMI or VGA.......
