    > In this way a web-app could have a MUI UI like OWB for Webkit...

Unfortunately, this wouldn't make the web application use MUI for its controls located inside the web view. One option to work around this flaw would be to use CSS in a way that it imitates the look and feel of MUI (like this proof of concept by ASiegel). Problem would still be that such CSS wouldn't synchronize automatically when MUI settings are changed in the OS.

I think the MorphOS Team should put an offer to buy it out, and continue the development themselves...!

regarding the history of all Titan lies and fraud it would be totally grotesque and stupid to give him anything. Everything would be too much, even one single penny. He owes us a working version for years, so there is nothing he ever deserves.
Apart from that, we are still waiting for MOS3 and MOS Team has no time for other projects (they often said). Them having the source would just mean more delay - either of MOS3 or Papyrus.

Interesting postings from 7 months ago by R.O.M. Logicware (the Papyrus source code licensor) about Titan and the AmigaOS and MorphOS versions of Papyrus (German, sorry):

Also, some info on the actual porting developer Milan Golubović:

    "Programmer by contract
    Titan computers, Germany
    May 1999 – May 2004 [...]
C programming - porting of Papyrus office DTP package from Mac to AmigaOS
