    Here, on Pegasos2, as well.
Mac mini G4@1,5GHz silent upgrade + Xerox Phaser 3140 + EPSON Perfection 1240U
    Commodore C64C + 2 x 1541II + Datasette + SD-Box

I miss draggable screens... and do you? I know I'm in a minority unfortunately.

Sorry for my lame English to mislead you.
Amigaharry2 wrote he made tests with Efika. Our results are very close.

OK, thanks. I have updated my test results summary. It's not yet clear why you & Amigaharry2's Efika have such bad problems, while Amigaharry2's Peg 2 works fine... Maybe you have different AHI (Audio) settings?

Can r-tea & Amigaharry2 please report their Preferences Audio settings (for each machine)? Specifically, I'd like to know:
1a. For the "Music unit", what is the mode? (e.g. EMU10kx: 16bit stereo++)
1b. For the "Music unit", what is the Frequency?
1c. For the "Music unit", what is the Volume?
2a. For "Unit 0", what is the mode?
2b. For "Unit 0", what is the Frequency?
2c. For "Unit 0", what is the Volume?
2d. For "Unit 0", how many Channels does it have?

    @all
I now have a rough idea why Test 4 (SEU win) has missing sound, but it may take some time to track-down & fix the exact cause.

I see that your Unit 0 has Channels set to "1"... this is not a terribly good idea! Try setting it to (say) 32, saving, and then seeing if any of the tests work better.

(Maybe I need to better handle failure to allocate enough channels...?)

No, that has no influence - I tried it with32 channels..... and I never had any problems with other progs with 1 channel....
I have on PEG also 1 channel and it works....

Now I tried SOTB - the white (grey) screen appears and EFIKA stops. During writing this mail I saw that EFIKA reboots after a while (without any further message) .....

I have been crazy busy with other things, but better late than never. Here are my results:

    G5, 2.7 GHz, Radeon 9600 Pro 256 MB VRAM, MorphOS 3.5:

    1-3 works fine.
4 works but only plays music but no sound effects.
5 works fine, both music and sound effects.
I couldn't test 6, MorphOS doesn't like my monitor on 640x480 and only shows a blank screen. But I could hear music.

Ibook 1,33 GHz, Radeon 9550 32 MB VRAM, MorphOS 3.5:

    1-3 works fine.
4 works but only plays music but no sound effects.
5 works with both music and sound, but at the top there is some graphic bug where the enemy ships keeps "blinking", and switches from the ship to the background in quick speed. It disappear after leaving this zone. The rest works fine.
6 plays music and shows animation but with some serious graphic glitches. See attached pictures:
