Well, like jaca says you should have read the text, but we're flexible, I'm sure support will be happy to help you out...
Anyway, why exactly didn't you register on the machine you intend to run 2.0 on? The above "production machine" explanation doesn't make any sense, to register the machine has to run 2.0, and to install 2.0 you have to pull it anyway. The sensible thing would be to multiboot until you got the key (which doesn't take very long anyway), you'll just have 2 short downtimes (the first one obviously being slightly longer)...
Additionally, if it really
is a production machine you really shouldn't roll out a new setup until you've thouroughly tested it on an identical backup machine (which could be the one you just registered)!
