    Hi everyone. Changing pointer set shouldn't be so hard right? Anyhow as a new MorphOS user I find myself trying to find out how to do this for like 2 hours. And I am not closer to a solution. I sense it is likely not so hard once you know how to. So anyone care to give an advise? Google search or Forum search has not helped med (yet)

    Maybe this is something the OS developers should think about as a new user should be able to figure it out pretty fast, right? It's pretty basic.
    THANKS
    /Tomas

    Go to System settings -> Mouse -> Pointers page.

    If you have your own pointer set it can be added to SYS:Prefs/Pointers. Take a look at MOSSYS:Prefs/Pointers/Default for reference. Pointers are just PNG files with #?.info suffix and in icon tooltypes you can define pointer hotspot position. Tooltypes are:

    HOTSPOTX=<x coord>
    HOTSPOTY=<y coord>
    1 + 1 = 3 with very large values of 1

    Hi Tomas!
    You will find the different pointer sets in MorphOS Preferences / Mouse settings. Select the second tab, it is that you are looking for.
    You can use the system prefs window in list mode (see inside its own settings) due to become familiar with all different settings seeing selected pages and contents in the same time.

    Edit: I'm not so fast those days..... :-D
