Anyone got some more news on that? Last time I read something about a delay till the 16th or 17th. I am talking about the Genesi/Amiga case.

I am not trying to get a flame war started. I am honestly interested in the news aspect.

I only passively follow the case on ANN and the Bunny. I rarely, if ever comment, because it's hard not to be taken out of context, and the subject is terrribly touchy. Still, I haven't heard anything new on it in a while either. I suspect that whatever records that will be made public won't show up until next week sometime.

All I can say is keep an eye on ANN.lu and MooBunny for a little while. Even if something did get posted here about that, I'm certain that the ones following the case records are going to post it on one of those two sites before it gets anywhere else.

The dates are US dates, so there is no surprise if there is no news about that. Court documents being available is another timeframe.
