I am trying to register a different system and stupidly I used my primary Bellsouth.net email address again that gave me problems the last time around. I understand the first step is automated and I have not yet received a reply.

Who should I contact to change the registered email and have the payment email sent to the new email addy?

That actually worked. I seemed to remember last time I did that and got an email saying ti was already registered.

Oh well, it worked and I paid. Thanks for the help.

It worked now because I moved the old registration to failed ...
